Aluminum AlSi10Mg (ASP-45)
The cost of aluminum 3D printing includes cleaning of the supporting material and sandblasting. Surface roughness - Ra10., Maximum dimensional deviations are within DIN ISO 2768-mK (min. + - 0,3 mm). Additional machining is possible. The wall is not less than 0,9 mm.
Stainless steel (316L)
The cost of 3D printing includes cleaning of the support material and sandblasting. Surface roughness - Ra10., maximum dimensional deviations within DIN ISO 2768-mK (min. + - 0,3 mm). Additional machining on a milling machine is possible. Wall not less than 0,9 mm.
Equipment for metal 3D printing:
|Dimensions of the camera||280x280x365 mm|
|Layer thickness:||20-75 microns|
|Print speed:||up to 55 cm3/h|
|Min. element thickness:||150 microns|
- Before submitting a 3D model, the following aspects should be considered:
- The model has no errors and satisfies 3D printing requirements.
The size of the item should not exceed 275 * 275 * 330 mm.
Closed cavities for retrieving unused powder are not allowed.
The diameter of one hole in the cavity must be at least 5 mm.
The minimum guaranteed wall thickness of an element is 1 mm (for a smaller thickness, a technologist's consultation is required)
- In case of horizontal round holes consideration should be given to machining.
Elements that are 100 times smaller than any other (thin-walled and needle-like elements) are not allowed.
- Check optimization of the 3D model to reduce the number of supports.
- Check retrievability backing material from the model.
The cost of each part is estimated taking into account the process of cleaning the supporting material and sandblasting. In case of special requirements for the part, it is necessary to consult a specialist Studia3D.
When evaluating the cost of a complex order, a discount will be made on the total amount of work.
