  • Before submitting a 3D model, the following aspects should be considered:
  1. The model has no errors and satisfies 3D printing requirements.

  2. The size of the item should not exceed 275 * 275 * 330 mm.

  3. Closed cavities for retrieving unused powder are not allowed.

  4. The diameter of one hole in the cavity must be at least 5 mm.

  5. The minimum guaranteed wall thickness of an element is 1 mm (for a smaller thickness, a technologist's consultation is required)

  6. In case of horizontal round holes consideration should be given to machining.

  7. Elements that are 100 times smaller than any other (thin-walled and needle-like elements) are not allowed.

  8. Check optimization of the 3D model to reduce the number of supports.
  9. Check retrievability backing material from the model.
