Description
General information
First on the market: the world's only Nonflammable PET-G plastic, specially developed by our 3D printing studio. Studia3D Filament PET-G V0 does not burn and does not emit hazardous combustion products. It is safe even in direct contact with fire. Due to its exceptional properties, the material has received a fire safety certificate and is approved for use in children's and medical institutions. The material does not support combustion and does not emit toxic and caustic substances. When removed from fire, it self-extinguishes. Safe for office, home, educational institutions.
Print settings
Nozzle temperature 215-245 ° C
Table temperature 70 ° -80 ° C
Blowing 20%
Min. nozzle diameter 0.1 mmOpaque plastic based on PET-G. Perfect for large-sized products, it is very easy to print as its shrinkage is even less than that of dry PLA. Print material Studia3D Filament can be used by absolutely any FDM 3D printer. It has the most complex composition, which boasts an excellent balance between strength, brittleness and incombustibility. Has a fire safety certificate. Products made from this material have a very beautiful matte finish that perfectly hides the layers!
The basis of innovative Studia3D Filament PET-G V0 is taken from PET-G. By introducing certain additives into the formula, we have managed to preserve the best properties of the starting material and to achieve non-combustibility and a low degree of shrinkage.
With all the advantages of Nonflammable plastic Studia3D Filament PET-G V0 is picky about 3D printing mode settings. If the recommendations are violated during the 3D printing process, the finished product may turn out to be fragile (not meet the declared material characteristics). For this reason, each package contains detailed instructions on how to set up a 3D printer.

Hello. Please send me a fire certificate for non-flammable filament. -
Good day. To receive certificates, please send a request by email 3dprint@studia3d.com
My colleagues will help you and send you the certificate.
and the second question is with plastic (1 piece), I would like to receive a certificate of non-flammability (as you claim). but I understand that this is just unsustainable combustion (B-0) and that suits me. will there be a certificate? -
