Raise3D Pro2 is a new industrial-grade model designed specifically for small batch production and organization of 3D-printed farms.
The gadget is equipped with a double extruder with an electronic lift drive for working with two materials at once, making it possible to print in color and create objects with different physical characteristics. Fast switching between extruders (less than a second), optical filament end sensor and interchangeable nozzles of different diameters guarantee a neat layering without gaps.
The large work area allows you to print fairly large objects without gluing, as well as shapes of complex geometry with a lot of supports. The closed chamber design and heated aluminum platform provide a wide range of print media options. The air filter absorbs over 91% of harmful substances, making printing safe.
Improvements have also been made to a large extent in kinematics - the printer has acquired positional control with industrial-grade components and an autonomous motor driver, thanks to which the print quality and detail have become much higher.
The print resume function allows you to save the print results during interruptions and power outages, and wireless control of all processes and control using a built-in online video camera makes the work autonomous.
