Sinterit NILS 480 is a new industrial SLS floor-standing printer. This is a universal industrial solution from Polish engineers, capable of mass production. The large camera allows the printer to print items up to 480mm in diameter. And not only prototypes and models, but also functional products and spare parts.
Optimal distribution of parts for printing is ensured by our unique solution: Auto Nesting, built into Sinterit Studio.
NILS 480 works with all Sinterit proprietary materials and supports third party polyamide powders. Use branded materials more efficiently with profiles built into the printer software, which can still be edited. More than 50 print settings can be adjusted to achieve perfect printing results. Also in Sinterit Studio you can create profiles for materials from other manufacturers.

Advantages:
- Fast installation - half a day is needed for installation, installation and start-up of the printer
- No additional conditions - only electricity and compressed air supply. That's all it takes to print successfully (Nitrogen printing requires an external nitrogen source)
