The characteristic feature of this coating is its matte texture and enhanced corrosion protection. Protects against atmospheric agents, gasoline, oils, water and salt. Forms a resistant surface to mechanical damage and ultraviolet radiation. Special additives, which are included in the composition of the coating, prevent the development of corrosion throughout the entire service life. It can be used in all climatic conditions. The coating is applied to various types of surfaces using a spray / gravel gun, roller and brush.
Scope of application: auto repair, construction, agriculture, water transport, domestic use.

Application

It is necessary to apply on a clean, dry, degreased surface prepared with abrasive P120-P180; it is previously recommended to apply a 2K polyurethane primer from Rubber Paint.
Application temperature: 20-25 ° C
To create a durable layer, it is necessary to apply at least 4-5 layers.
Dilute with original Rubber Paint thinner or acrylic thinner.
When adding acrylic or base paint, use only acrylic thinner.

Anti-gravel gun application - medium / coarse texture.
Spray gun application with 2.0-2.5 nozzle - smooth / fine texture.
Pressure 3-10 atm.

Drying

Interlaminar drying 10-50 min. (depending on the type of desired shagreening)
Shelf life of the finished mixture (components A and B) no more than 30 minutes at 20 ° С
Drying to touch at 20 ° С - 3 hours
Drying for installation at 20 ° C - 24 hours
